Another quick roundup, starting with David Grey’s tale, a Fallout Russian fan comic (with an English version) that I spotted at the Bethsoft Fallout Forum.
An interesting turn of events that I spotted at NMA, this is from Fallout D20 authors Glutton Creeper Games:
May 8th, 2007: ZeniMax Media/Bethesda has threatened to file an injunction against GCG for damages, should we not cease and deist production of Fallout PnP d20 products. They are stating that Interplay never had the rights to license a Pen and Paper to GCG under their license of Fallout from 2004 before the purchase of the IP, and makes claims against GCG that it may damage the Fallout brand and forecoming Fallout 3 release by linking the two. So for now, we have removed the page, until a resolution is met. If you want to see Fallout PnP d20 releases, please let the people at ZeniMax Media/Bethesda know, but don’t send them hate mail or flames.
Our first product was being sent for review this weekend to Interplay, and still will be, as we hope Interplay will get this sorted out with Bethesda.
Never hope much from Interplay, that’s my advice… if in one hand as a former Law student I feel that going against written contracts is wrong, on another I do understand Zenimax saying that this project was going to hurt the Fallout brand, it’s really bad. We’ll see what comes up from this.
And finnally this blog is breaking records after records in the last days, thanks to this blog post. The images on it are being compared in Fora around the world with the official Fallout 3 concept art. I like the new art, but Defonten pics are indeed more Falloutish, although I think that might change soon.

I hope it changes soon…
As for GCG, I wasn’t up to date with the project, but it seemed pretty poor to me… It seems Bethesda CAN tell a pit in the ground from a Fallout game after all
